You’re invited to Fairfield Flourish Fest, a community event bringing together local gardeners, farmers, educators, and advocates to explore creative and local solutions to food security, sustainable agriculture, and ecological restoration! Enjoy free workshops by professionals, a seed exchange, and meet leading advocates to sustainability in the CRD.
This free, family-friendly event invites everyone to connect, learn, and grow—together. Everyone welcome!

11:00am – Composting Basics with Compost Education Centre
12:00pm – Soil Science with Victoria Master Gardener Association
1:00pm – Beekeeping 101 with Capital Region Beekeeping Association (Garry Oak Room – 1335 Thurlow Rd.)
1:30pm – Explore Permaculture with FGCA
2:00pm – How Birds Help: Gardening with Reciprocity with Compost Education Centre
