Family Talk: Laugh, Learn & Lunch (birth-5 yrs)

This is an opportunity for children to explore and play, to meet other families and caregivers. Join the FGCA staff as we explore the challenges and joys of parenting young children over lunch. Programming will include a shared snack and group discussions as well as a shared lunch. Limited onsite childminding available. There will be limited supplies offered  to maintain the health and safety of all participants. Due to the limited space inside, we ask that you park your stroller in our covered stroller parking area at the front of the building while attending the program.

Mondays in the Garry Oak Room, 10:00am – 12:30pm,  By donation

Parent & Tot Playgroup  (birth-5 yrs)

Come and join us for some indoor play time! Meet us in the Sequoia Room, this is an opportunity for young children and their caregivers to meet and play in an informal atmosphere.  There will be limited supplies offered  to maintain the health and safety of all participants.  Snack provided. Due to the limited space inside, we ask that you park your stroller in our covered stroller parking area at the front of the building while attending the program.

Tuesdays in Sequoia Room (in the Place building) 10:00am – 11:30am, By donation

Kindergym (walking-5 yrs)

A time for preschoolers and caregivers to play and learn together in a fun, positive environment. Gym equipment is setup upon which children can explore.  Parent participation is required .Due to the limited space inside, we ask that you park your stroller in our covered stroller parking area at the front of the building while attending the program. 

Thursdays in the Garry Oak Room 9:30am – 11:00am, By donation

Clothing Swap – First Saturday of the month

Come to the Place once a month for a family clothing swap. Bring along your beloved but outgrown items to exchange for new duds! Please bring items in clean and gently used condition (no ripped, torn or dirty items). Clothing will only be accepted during the event hours and all remaining items will be removed by end of event for donation to charity.
