Our much-loved community event is Saturday May 11th, 2024 between 10am-2pm. Register to put your house on the map or spend the day in Fairfield and Gonzales neighbourhood hunting for bargains and discovering treasures at yard sales all over the neighbourhood and FGCA parking lot. Registration opens Tuesday, April 23 & closes Wednesday, May 8th.

Where can I find the map?

Save the trees and find the online map on our website! It will be available on this page. We will have some copies available for pick up at Fairfield Community Place (1330 Fairfield Rd) on Friday, May 10th

How do I register?

Fill out and submit the registration form on our website, and pay the $10.00 registration fee! Registration will be open from April 23-May 8.  Registration will only be complete once both the Registration Form & fee is paid. No refunds for cancellations after May 8th.

I don’t have a yard or garage to sell out of. Can I still participate?

We offer space to sell around the side of our main building for folks who live in apartments, or suites. There’s limited space, so it will go by first-come-first-serve basis. If you’re interested, submit an application and make a note that you would like to sell at FGCA. The Community Development Coordinator will get back to you to let you know if there’s space available. 

I’m a business. Can I participate?

Yes! Local businesses are welcome to host a sale too.

Can I rent equipment?

You can only rent tables and chairs if you are selling at Fairfield Community Place parking lot. Each participant may rent 1 table and 2 chairs.

What if it rains?

The event will run rain or shine, with the exception of unsafe/extreme weather conditions. In that case, the Community Development Coordinator will contact participants, and notify the public via website/social media.
