Neighbourhood Yard Sale Day

Our much-loved Neighbourhood-wide Yard Sale Day is back! Register to put your house on the map or spend the day in Fairfield and Gonzales neighbourhood hunting for bargains and discovering treasures at 50+ yard sales all over the neighbourhood and FGCA parking lot. Registration opens Thursday, April 10 & closes Thursday, May 8th.

Where can I find the map?

Save the trees and find the online map on our website! It will be available on this page.

How do I register?

Fill out and submit the registration form on our website, and pay the $10.00 registration fee! Registration will be open from April 10-May 8.  Registration will only be complete once both the Registration Form & fee is paid. No refunds for cancellations after May 8th.

I don’t have a yard or garage to sell out of. Can I still participate?

Yes, we offer spots to sell on-site at the community centre (1330 Fairfield Rd.). Please check ‘request to sell at the centre’ on your application to see if there’s a spot available. Spots are limited and first-come-first-served via the application only.

I’m a business. Can I participate?

Yes! Local businesses are welcome to host a sale too.

Can I rent equipment?

You can only rent tables and chairs if you are selling at Fairfield Community Place. Each participant may rent 1 table and 2 chairs.

What if it rains?

The event will run rain or shine, with the exception of unsafe/extreme weather conditions. In that case, the Community Development Coordinator will contact participants, and notify the public via website/social media.
