Out of School Care ~ Monday to Friday, 7:30am to school start & school end to 5:45pm
Youth Zone ~ Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, after school to 5:30pm

Yoga For Older Adults

An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Saturday, repeating until March 11, 2023
This class makes yoga practice accessible and enjoyable for older bodies. It is never too late in life to begin to enjoy the many wonderful benefits of yoga—a stronger, more flexible body, better balance, and a fresh perspective that makes it easier to approach life’s inevitabilities with good humour, equanimity, and joy
