Out of School Care ~ Monday to Friday, 7:30am to school start & school end to 5:45pm
Youth Zone ~ Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, after school to 5:30pm

Somatic yoga is a ground breaking way to release chronic muscle contraction that creates your pain. You can feel free of pain with somatic movements that are slow, gentle, but effective.
