Community Clothing Swap

CLOTHING SWAP
Fourth Saturday of the month (excluding Dec 2019), 10:00am – 1:00pm
Foyer, Fairfield Community Place, 1330 Fairfield Rd.
Come shop for free every 4th Saturday of the month! Bring along your clean, gently used items to exchange for new duds, or come empty handed & fill up a bag! For all sizes, from babies to adult. Clothing will only be accepted during the event hours, and many of the remaining items will be packed afterwards for donation to charity.
*** Due to the volume of clothing we take in and our limited human resources, we ask that participants dropping off clothes be mindful that we are only able to handle so much. Large donations can be taken directly to other depots where clothes are needed, including the Canadian Diabetes Association, Women in Need (WIN) and Our Place. Thank you for your consideration.
Volunteer Clothing Swap Host
4th Saturday of each month
9:30am – 1:30pm
We need someone to help us with:
- greeting folks & helping them lay out donated items
- keeping things tidy, answering questions & telling new folks how the swap works
- helping sort clothes at the end, some to keep for next month & the rest to donate
- putting away tables and boxes of clothes at the end of the day
