Tuesday July 28th, 2020, at 6pm

Online Zoom meeting: register through Eventbrite and we will send you the Zoom link before the event.

The event is no cost, with 30 spots available.

The FGCA is partnering with two local mental health doctors, Dr Josh Levin and Dr Virginia Gooderham, to offer this free opportunity for folks to discover and explore their own capacities for resilience.

These doctors’ integrated lifestyle approach provides an opportunity to tap into our inner resources, learn the process of healthy behaviours and get connected with others in order to change the way we think and feel. Discover how improving your physical activity, eating habits, relationships, sleep, tobacco and alcohol consumption, strategies to manage stress will help you to feel better in your everyday life.
