DanceSoQi comes from the words DanceSo from Somatic yoga and Clinical somatic movements and Qi, pronounced “Chi”, from Qi Gong.

The three of these disciplines complement each other. The goal of this course is for people of all ages and different physical levels to enjoy dance and movement without pain. Somatic, is a neurological workout that will help people feel free of pain. All of them, Dance, Qi Gong and Somatic Yoga have the same goal: move our body gently and connect body and mind.  It is a Union of the amazing movements all together.
