Refunds

Contact us at place (at) fairfieldcommunity.ca or 250-382-4604 to withdraw from a program.

For recreation programs that are one lesson in length or workshops, full refunds will only be issued for withdrawals made four (4) business days in advance of the course running. If after attending the first class you decide this course is not right for you, we are happy to issue a pro-rated refund minus an additional $15 administration fee. This request must be made before the second class. Refunds will not be issued for any program that a participant withdraws form after the second class. Medical circumstances may be considered and will require a medical note. Refunds will be issued as a credit on your account.

In the event of building closure or class cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (inclement weather, natural disaster, pandemic), we will begin to issue refunds only after two weeks of cancellation or closure.
