Facility Rentals

The Fairfield Community Association is your perfect location to host a meeting, workshop, special event, family function, dance, fundraiser or dinner. If you require a multipurpose space for any size event from 1-150 people please call the Fairfield Community Association at 382-4604 for more information.

The following equipment is available upon request for your booking or special event:

• TV/VCR/DVD player - 27" colour flat screen TV's
• Portable state-of-the-art sound system
• Overhead projector and screen
• Flip charts
• 30" x 60" lightweight portable tables
• Comfortable chairs

Two rental locations are available:

• Fairfield Community Place

  The Place is located at 1330 Fairfield Road and includes the several multi-purpose rental spaces - Large OSC Room, Small OSC Room, Family Room and Portable.
• Garry Oak Room and Corinne's Commercial Kitchen
  Location map
  The Garry Oak Room and Corinne's Commercial Kitchen located at 1335 Thurlow Road and includes - multi-purpose meeting space for events up to 150 people and spacious commercial kitchen.
