Board Meetings

Our Board meetings take place on the first Monday of each month in the large out-of-school care room at 7pm (1330 Fairfield Road).

We encourage residents to attend. If you do wish to raise an issue of concern, Community Voices at the start of the meeting is the best place to start this discussion. Please keep statement and presentations brief (suggested time of 1 minute) and items of a continuing nature will be directed to the appropriate committee.
